Alexandra Mitretodis is a litigation dispute and resolution lawyer at Fasken in Vancouver with a practice in commercial litigation, international and domestic arbitration, and competition law. Alexandra has experience with cases under various arbitration rules, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC). Alexandra is fluent in English and French and has a reading knowledge of Spanish. Alexandra is also the Regional Chapter Coordinator for Western Canada for ICC YAF.

Christina Doria advises on international litigation, commercial litigation and international arbitration matters. She is on the committee of Baker McKenzie's International Arbitration Associates Forum, and she is active in her firm's Commercial Litigation and Class Actions groups. Christina acts for various clients on contractual disputes, investor-state disputes, matters involving fraud, jurisdictional disputes, banking matters, shareholder disputes, commercial class actions and economic torts. Vasuda Sinha is a senior associate in Freshfields' International Arbitration Group based in Paris. She is an experienced disputes specialist with particular experience in cross-border disputes, insolvency litigation, shareholder disputes and proxy contests, investigations and securities class actions and regulation. Vasuda has appeared as counsel before various tribunals and courts, including arbitral tribunals and the Supreme Court of Canada. She has also been extensively involved in enforcement and related proceedings across different jurisdictions. Prior to joining Freshfields, Vasuda practised for several years in the litigation group of an international law firm in Toronto.

Jessica Crow is a Senior Associate in Vinson & Elkins LLP's International Dispute Resolution practice group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial arbitration, investment treaty disputes and public international law. She acts as counsel to multinational corporations, States and State-owned entities across a wide range of industry sectors, with a particular focus on arbitrations in the oil & gas sector. Jessica is familiar with all of the major institutional rules and has particular experience under the LCIA, ICC, SCC, ICSID and UNCITRAL Rules. Jessica recently concluded a six month secondment with a leading EPC company focused on oil and gas projects.

She has experience acting as counsel to a state in relation to an investment dispute, and has also acted as tribunal secretary in a complex construction dispute in Eastern Europe. Prior to joining BD&P, Joanne clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal and worked at the Department of Foreign Affairs & International Trade.
